I saw a lot of tiktok posts about this and how it can help reduce redness. These toner pads helped prep my skin for makeup, and did lessen my skin a little and cooled it off. I like to use toner pads in the summer so this is excellent for when you want your makeup to stick. For context, my skin type is oily and very easily irritated.
