If your order is lost or arrives damaged, let us know through email and also contact the shipping carrier.

Keep the packaging with the products in the state you found it in, and have proof of receipts or purchase for any claims.

Make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering. We can’t replace orders sent to the wrong address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return and exchange policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase from us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and in the event that you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist you every step of the way.
🌷 CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

We accept change of mind returns within 5 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unopened and in its originally received state.​

Make sure to have proof of your order - e.g. receipts, order number, screenshots with order information.​

Leave us an email with pictures of the product/s, your proof and your order number. We will review and reply to you.

We do not allow exchanges for change of mind.

🌷 DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Damaged product return or exchange is accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging from different angles.

Include a photo of the shipping label.

Leave us an email with the pictures, proof of order and we will review your request. State whether you want a refund or an exchange. ​​​

Exchanges will cost extra for shipping.
