Whenever I get a breakout I go to these Cosrx pimple patches. They especially work over longer hours, so for a 10 hour plane ride is perfect! They really do suck the gunk out and absorbs the oil that seeps out after a pimple pops or tugs the entire whitehead or the root out. However I did 4 stars instead of 5 because they are more on the thicker side of pimple patches, so when worn under makeup and just on a bare face it can be obvious you're wearing them. Overall, lovely product!
